380 ~ endure. endure.. ENDURE...! trg todae was..... crazy shit ! we did endurance test trail.... 7 stations of weights.... plus 1 station of situps 7 stations consist of bench press, dumbbell punch, back extension, bicep curls, upright row, fly and 1 station i dunno wats the name call... actual test is do 2 rounds of it.... sounds easy rite ? wanna make a guess how mani reps each station ? ? 10 ? 20 ? 30 ? nah ~ ITS 50 ! FUCKIN &%($*&%^)*$(*^*&$)^ ! ! ! ! ! ! crap man.... every station do 50....wtf man.... onli back extension do 30.... total reps of 1 round is 380..... 2 rounds ? 760 ~.~ holy shit ~ we practice 4 rounds todae....no pool rowing... OTOT...no timing taken or watever ~ damn jialat....every part of my body now aches like hell =.= last year endurance test each station onli 40...some even 30 nia.... siao lian eh ~ well....got both good and bad news GOOD NEWS IS....... im goin for sava SPRINTS ! WOOOOHOO ~ BAD NEWS IS........ im goin for 10km race next sat -.- damn it...... heard from tsing hau im really goin for both races.... i really hope i can dun go for 10k..... but 10k we will be rowing mixed..... nice ~ sian...... tink endurance test is in 2 wks times...... cant wait for it to be ova !
