stretch your LIMITS ~ damn ~ training wasnt good for me todae.... poh soon talked abt pushin ourselves b4 the run todae.... then he said my name.... and told me i have to push my limits.... and have to go below my limits and push..... i have to improve my timing after the 2nd round and onwards..... shit ~ its really bad if the coach says ur name tat u mus push blah blah blah.... he nv said tis kinda things to other ppl b4... mayb i nv hear....but i tink i was the FIRST to be named..... i tried....and i really really tried ~ did 4 sets of 800m..... onli thing i can say is 1st set and last set is always the best for me -.- the rest of the sets is maintain or drop.... really have to take in the word BLOCK YOUR MIND into my brain right now..... cuz it really works ? hais ~ sch was fine..... met wif jen for lunch at westmall.... then off to sch..... shld i go for extra trg tml ? hais ~ on a lighter note, MIGHT BE GETTING A IPOD TOUCH !
